Israel is alone and surrounded by enemies
Dear Friend,
I am in Israel as your voice of hope to a nation at war. I have seen firsthand the devastation and damage done by a year of attacks on the Jewish people.
I am near the northern border where the sound of exploding missiles blends with the blaring of warning sirens day after day.
Israeli planes have destroyed hundreds of Hezbollah rockets and missiles to keep them from being launched into Israel. Thousands of Hezbollah terrorists have been injured or killed…and yet even that has not ended the danger.
The human toll this war is taking on innocent Jewish people is staggering. Tens of thousands of innocent people have been forced to flee their homes.
This is the most serious threat Israel has faced since the miracle rebirth of the Jewish state in 1948.
We are showing true Christian love in action from your Friends of Zion Center in Jerusalem to the whole country. Our teams on the ground are doing everything they can to help meet the most urgent needs.
Today I’m asking you to pray specifically for these things.
First, pray for the success of the IDF putting their lives on the line to defend their nation. They are the shield over the nation of Israel.
Second, please pray for the suffering Jewish people. Hearts are broken across the land and families are grieving.
Third, pray for our teams on the ground who are going into danger to help those who are hurting.
Finally, please pray for the defeat of Iran and a quick end to the war. The longer the fighting goes on, the more dangerous it becomes.
And in addition to your prayers, I am asking you to rush your most generous gift for the people of Israel. Your help makes it possible for us to provide food and water, medicine, and other urgently needed supplies to those in greatest need.
We have the teams on the ground able to help, but we must have the resources to purchase what the people need most. The Jewish people need us right now, and I need to hear from you right away.
