Dear Friend,

I must give you a prophetic word of warning about what is happening in our world. 

You need to know the truth — the truth the godless media is trying so hard to hide — not so that you will be afraid, but so you will know the seriousness of the crisis.

Unless something major changes, twelve months from now the radical Islamic state of Iran — sworn enemy of Israel — will have a nuclear bomb. To make matters worse, they will have Russian planes flying combat patrol over their airspace, making it impossible for an attack to cripple their nuclear capability.

A nuclear holocaust is not a theoretical threat…it is very real.

Of course, no rational country would spark such a war knowing what would follow. But Iran is not led by rational men. It is led by demonically empowered “twelvers.” These followers of a radical Shi’ite sect believe that the mahdi, the twelfth descendant of Muhammad, will be resurrected through an apocalyptic war, and that his return will lead to the entire world submitting to Islam and setting up a global caliphate that they will head.

The former president of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told me this vision in person. He said that Israel is a cancer that must be wiped off the map. I pointed out that Israel also has nuclear weapons and would surely respond. His response was terrifying.

He said, “Our population is 80 million, and theirs is 10 million. If we could kill one million of them for 20 million of ours, it would be a fair exchange.” It’s hard to believe a country could be led by people like that. But it’s true.

Ahmadinejad also told me that while he spoke at the United Nations no one in the audience blinked for 26 minutes. He said the room was filled with a green light. I personally saw the Islamic clerics with him sitting in a row with their hands raised, praying for the mahdi to empower him while he spoke.

The enemies of Israel are deadly serious. The Hamas attack on October 7 has Iran’s fingerprints all over it. They trained and armed the fighters. They funded the entire operation. And they gave the word to launch the attack.

First Chronicles 12:32 says the sons of Issachar were men of understanding of their times to know what Israel should do.

I believe that you have an understanding of our time and what Israel should do…that’s why I’m asking for your help. Daniel said the people who know their God shall be strong and do exploits. I’m not writing this letter to frighten you. Jesus said in the world “you will have tribulation, but take courage, I have overcome the world.” I believe we can win this battle with the power of prayer. Daniel did, and Esther did, and now we must.

As you read this, your Friends of Zion Center campus in Jerusalem is a rapid response center for the suffering people of Israel. Every apartment is filled with refugees. Every day, people come for help. Every day, food and other emergency supplies are being distributed. I thank you so much for the wonderful impact you have made on a nation in mourning.

But the battle going on now is only the beginning.

Iran has a far more powerful proxy in Hezbollah that they have yet to unleash. They have a much larger army, more numerous and more powerful missiles, and are ready to strike at any moment. On top of that, Iran’s ballistic missile program has rapidly advanced, and they have tens of thousands of missiles that can strike Israel.

We have to do something right now because of what is around the corner. Joseph saw the future and prepared to save the people. Esther saw the future and courageously decided to risk her life to save the people.

There is an urgent need to prepare, and we don’t have the resources needed, and neither does the state of Israel. Imagine what will happen to the economy if half the nation is forced to live in bomb shelters — not just for a day, but for weeks or longer. Where will they find food? How will it get to them? We can’t wait until the missiles are falling and the nation is engulfed in war. We have to act now.

But there is something else we must do as well. When I met with my dear friend Prime Minister Netanyahu on my last trip to Israel — he left a meeting of his war cabinet to speak to me — I asked him what the most important thing he needed right now was. Without any hesitation he said, “Rally support for Israel.”

He is all too aware of the way the godless media is eroding support of Israel. He’s seen the same shocking poll numbers where half of the American young people think Israel should be removed and the land given to Hamas. On top of that, the presidential election this year is putting enormous pressure on the Biden Administration to back away from support of Israel. 

Behind the scenes, Washington is already pressuring Israel to end the war without destroying Hamas. If that happens, Hamas wins. And if Hamas wins, the terrorists will have the power to do it again and again…and they’ve already proven they will.

So we’re going to launch a national campaign to answer the Prime Minister’s plea for help. He made the same request to my friend Franklin Graham — the only other evangelical leader he met with — and we are working together to make this happen.

But we can’t do any of this without your help. Our resources are already stretched as we respond to the current crisis. The only way we can prepare for coming war and rally the nation and the world to support Israel is if friends like you make it possible.

We need to raise up a massive prayer army. The event Prime Minister Netanyahu asked me to hold would be an event for approximately 20,000 people. Just think of it, 20,000 people praying. But that is just the beginning. The full campaign that we’re talking about would be a campaign with tens of millions of people praying like Daniel around the clock, battling principalities and powers and speaking up for the nation of Israel against the godless leftists who are marching in the streets and universities of America.
