Declare your unwavering support of God’s Chosen People

Dear Friend,

God has a COMMANDED blessing in store for you…a life-changing, destiny-altering, unmistakable commanded blessing. And when you receive it, nothing will ever be the same!

I received this blessing for the first time when I was 11…the night my father strangled me and left me for dead because I tried to defend my Jewish mother from his abuse…the night the Lord appeared to me and told me, “Son, I love you and have a wonderful plan for your life.”

You and I are in a place in history that is astonishing. We are in the Holy of Holies with our High Priest…in the place of favor which we never could have imagined. It is abundantly above anything we could ask or think! And God has placed us there because of our work to bless and defend His Chosen People.

I flew to Israel as soon as the airport reopened after Iran’s attack. The nation is still on a knife edge following Israel’s response and the threat of still further military action.

But in the face of the danger there is also hope.

Your love and support are making a huge difference giving HOPE to struggling souls. When I walked through Jerusalem during my 14-day fast on my last trip, every day people came up and said things like, “I bless you. Thank you. I bless you. You are helping hostage families. You have been feeding survivors.”

They were telling me how grateful they are for your help.

Something else amazing happened on that trip. The President of the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem, the largest synagogue in Israel, called and asked me to come. When I arrived, the rabbi stopped the service and told the people what you and I are doing through Friends of Zion…and encouraged everyone there to visit your Museum!

We are experiencing breakthroughs because we are blessing what God wants to bless.

There is no question in my mind that we are doing something truly great for God together…and that as a result we can expect Him to do great things for us as well. This is God’s dream, not mine. Teamwork makes the dream work, and that’s why what you are doing is so important.

When you bless what God wants to have blessed, you are positioned to see Him work in great and mighty ways. Deuteronomy 28:8 says: “The Lord shall command a blessing upon you….” The passage goes on to describe the amazing blessing that God has for you. This blessing rains down on every part of your life — your health, your family, your finances, and so much more. God wants to bless everything you touch!

As part of the Jerusalem Prayer Team, you are in a unique position to be blessed. The Word declares, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; they SHALL prosper that love thee” (Psalm 122:6).

Many Believers have written to me because they are worried. I have good news for you! The Lord is your refuge. It doesn’t matter how great the storms, God will protect His people. I declare by faith that your miracle and mine are on the way.

He told Abraham that blessings would overflow him. Abraham was living in a fruitful place, and Lot complained. Abraham gave Lot that spot and went to a dry, barren land. Even in that place, God blessed him and turned it into an oasis so great that his crops multiplied. Abraham became the wealthiest man in the East.

When a widow went out to gather wood to cook her last meal for her son before they died, she ran into Elijah who said, “Fix me a meal.” She responded in obedience. The next day, and the next week, and the next month, again and again, the oil and meal miraculously continued to flow because of her obedience.

There is a COMMANDED blessing for obedience and generosity.  It is time for you to be filled with faith and to have someone filled with faith to come into agreement with you that God will bless and favor your life in every way. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah will roar…and the whole world will shake and be amazed by what happens next!

When I began this ministry with my beloved bride, Carolyn, our first daughter was only six months old. We shared our vision for the first time in a tiny church in Indiana during a snowstorm. When we walked outside, our old car had caught fire and burned. All we had was $725, and we had given it all to start the ministry.

A man named Gene Darnell approached us and took us home with him. The next morning, he handed me the keys to a new car. He didn’t have the money to buy it outright; he financed it and made the payments on it. He said, “The Lord told me that you are His chosen instrument for the Nation of Israel. Shiloh, Shiloh, Shiloh.” Gene Darnell had nothing to substantiate what he had said, but he was the first to sow a seed into our lives and ministry. God gave us a wonderful blessing through Gene, and He gave Gene a commanded blessing in return. I’ll never forget Gene. He was my first partner.

We climbed into that beautiful Buick Electra weeping and started toward Texas. As we drove through Arkansas, I spotted a sign that said, “Bill Roetzell’s Motorhomes.” The Spirit of the Lord spoke to me, “Stop there and look at travel trailers.” It would have been as impossible for me to buy a travel trailer as it would to buy the Empire State Building. We had no money.

As I walked around the property, we noticed a trailer that was 35 feet by 8 feet and could be towed by a large car. Again, the Spirit of the Lord said, “Believe Me for this.” I reached out, touched that travel trailer, and said a short prayer. I later learned that while I prayed, Bill, the owner of the company, was in his office having his devotions. He looked out the window, saw me, and the Spirit of the Lord said, “This is a man of God. He is going to be My chosen vessel to the Nation of Israel. You are to give him a new travel trailer.” Bill came out and did just that. We hooked that travel trailer up to the back of the Buick Electra and towed it to Texas. Commanded blessing!

The commanded blessing is the blessing described in Psalm 133. David talked about the anointing oil that was poured on the head of Aaron when he was consecrated as the high priest of Israel. It flowed down from his head, over his beard, across his entire body, and all the way down to his feet. It covered him completely! That’s what the commanded blessing does for you.

But notice with me what comes first. That beautiful Psalm starts with these words: “Behold, how good and how pleasant [musical] it is for brethren to dwell [tent] together in unity!” The Hebrew word for unity literally means agreement. The COMMANDED blessing comes when we come into agreement with what God wants to do in and through our lives.

Today I am asking you to come into agreement with God concerning His commanded blessing for yourself, your children and grandchildren, your finances, your health, and your dreams. Most people have never done this — but to receive what you’ve never had, you have to do what you’ve never done.

Your response to this letter will be your action of coming into agreement to receive your commanded blessing. God is opening amazing doors for us to bless His Chosen People in a powerful way, in more places than ever before. Your generous gift today will provide help and hope to the suffering people of Israel.

God is using our work in a great and mighty way. But we can’t do it without your help. I am asking you today to send a generous gift to bless God’s Chosen People and position yourself to receive His blessing in return.

On the form below, there is a place for you to declare your agreement by signing the Commanded Blessing Covenant. When I receive it, I will join you in agreement for God’s blessing and favor to flow into your life in a powerful way.

When we receive your gift, we will also send you a special Commanded Blessing mezuzah. I want you to put that on the door of your home. I have a similar one on my home in Texas because I am believing God for greater things than anything we have seen so far. Every time the doorbell rings, I want you to ask, “Is that my blessing?” Each time the phone rings ask, “Is that my miracle?” Each day when the mail comes ask, “Is that my answer to prayer?” When God commands something, it happens!

Will you enter agreement with me and with God and His Word by releasing your faith and claim your commanded blessing today?

Your ambassador to Jerusalem,

Dr. Mike Evans

P.S. Please be as generous as you can when you send your Holy Spirit led gift. I am sowing a seed that will turn God’s head and move His hand to action in my life to unleash the commanded blessing. And don’t forget that your gift will do so much to bless God’s Chosen People, and it will have a huge impact on the nation of Israel and the entire world. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

P.P.S. In Hebrew, the word for bless is connected to the word “knee,” and it implies rendering service to someone (bending the knee). God is promising to reach down to bless you like He did for Abraham.

The meaning of this verse, therefore, is clarified: “I will serve those who serve you!” But this is not all. God also promises Abraham that everyone who curses him will be also cursed by God. The strength of the promise, however, is lost in translation. The word for curse actually comes from a root that means something like “to utterly destroy.” God means what He says, and we must act to claim His blessing and avoid His judgment.
