God’s Favor Changes Everything

Dear Friend,

I want to tell you about my very first ministry partner. Her name is Carolyn, and this month we will be celebrating 55 years of marriage and ministry together.

She was the first person on earth who really believed in me. My father hated and abused me. My classmates mocked me for stuttering and wearing clothes that didn’t fit. My teachers didn’t believe I would ever amount to anything. My Army recruiter laughed at me because I was 6 feet 6 inches tall but only weighed 118 pounds.

Carolyn believed in me. She also prayed for me. She shared the vision God had put in my heart. I’m so thankful God brought her into my life.

I am also thankful that God brought you into my life. You are more than a partner in ministry. You are my friend, and I want you to know how deeply I appreciate your stand in defense of Israel and your support of the Jerusalem Prayer Team.

Israel is at war with Iran. Iran has been attacking Israel in both the north and the south through Hezbollah and Hamas. And they’re even firing ballistic missiles at the state of Israel.

I was there when nearly 200 missiles from Iran came over my head. There’s never been a time in 55 years of ministering to Israel when the need was greater. This is the greatest crisis in Israel’s history. I’ve never seen so much pain as I’m seeing now in Israel. Israel needs you now more than they’ve ever needed you.

On my last trip to Israel, again and again people thanked me for the wonderful impact this ministry is making. But they were really thanking you because your love and generosity make it possible for us to be there on the front lines, meeting the urgent needs of the suffering Jewish people.

It’s impossible to overstate the impact your Christian love in action is having on Israel. I have never seen so many people feeling alone and struggling to find hope. But together we are showing them they are not alone.

And what you are doing puts you in line for a life-changing outpouring of God’s favor.

In the Bible, the number five is often associated with God’s grace and favor and blessing. Fifty-five is the number of the double portion. I’ve been thinking about this a lot with our 55th anniversary approaching, and I believe God is getting ready to do something truly amazing in your life, blessing you for blessing His Chosen People according to His promise in Genesis 12:3.

God’s favor and blessing is not just for a select few. It is available to everyone who reaches out to Him in faith. In His Word, God promises those who are thirsty that they can find their longing satisfied in Him. His grace rests on those who humbly seek His favor.

God has a plan for your life, and it is far more than you can even imagine. His thoughts are beyond ours and provide much more than we could ask. Looking back now, I see how God worked to bring the great global prayer movement of the Jerusalem Prayer Team to life. God knows your name. He knows who you are. He knows where you are. And He knows what you need.

One of the most important spiritual lessons I’ve ever learned is that when we bless what God wants blessed, we turn His head and move His hand to action in our lives. And right now with Israel facing so many serious threats, it is time for us to act.

Together we can answer the ancient call of God, “Comfort ye My people.”

I’m asking you to send a special gift today for the vital work of the Jerusalem Prayer Team. Your generosity can deliver food to poor Holocaust survivors who are afraid to leave their homes. Your love can provide housing for families forced to flee from the ongoing rocket attacks against Israel. Your help can offer counseling to young IDF soldiers dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional effects of fighting for their nation to survive.

I am praying that many friends will be able to send a gift of $55 or more to help us continue showing the Jewish people that they are not alone. When you send that gift, we will send you our new Friends of Zion Journal. I know it will be a real blessing to you as you use it to deepen your relationship with God.

In addition to all the humanitarian work we are doing in Israel, we are working to launch the Jerusalem World Prayer Center at your Friends of Zion Center. This will be a powerful tool in the spirit war that is raging, and it will bring Believers around the world together to fight the most important part of the battle for Israel’s future.

It will also be a place where Jewish people can go for help…a HOPE center for the whole nation. We will have personnel to talk to those in need, to pray with them, and to connect them to resources to help with whatever they are facing.

The Lord has opened amazing doors for us to show true Christian love in action to the whole House of Israel. There is a reason the government of Israel asked us to host the official Global Solidarity Event. It was my great privilege to be there for a wonderful evening as your representative.

Many Jewish people have never seen an act of love and kindness from a Believer, but together we are changing that. And I am praying that you will join hands with us right now to help meet the urgent needs of the Jewish people.

Your ambassador to Jerusalem,

Dr. Mike Evans

P.S. Thank you again for being my friend and partner. You are not just a blessing to the people of Israel, but a blessing to Carolyn and me as well. So I urge you to position yourself to receive God’s double portion blessing as you bless His Chosen People in this prophetic crisis moment.  Thank you in advance for your generous gift. God bless you.

Blessing God’s Chosen People and Receiving His Blessing

The promise God made to Abraham thousands of years ago in Genesis 12:3 is still in full effect. And there is no better way we can bless God’s Chosen People than by standing with them in the current crisis. Your gift will provide urgently needed food, medicine, clothing, housing, counseling, and so much more to suffering Jewish people. And it will help us build the Jerusalem World Prayer Center as a powerful tool in the spirit war for Israel’s future. Please be as generous as you can when you send your gift today.

YES, Dr. Evans, I hear God calling us to take a stand in defense of His Chosen People, and I am answering it today. My gift for the Jerusalem Prayer Team is:
