Be Part of God’s Miracle Deliverance

Dear Friend,

This week, Jewish people around the world will be celebrating the Feast of Purim, remembering the amazing miracle deliverance God brought about in the days of Esther.

Purim begins on the 14th day of the Hebrew month Adar. One of the central parts of the Purim observance is the reading of the book of Esther. This celebration should be a time for all of us to remember God’s deliverance in the past…and to pray for His continued deliverance in our day.

Like Esther and Mordecai of old, we should boldly do what we can to defend His Chosen People, trusting in the God of Israel to hear and answer our prayers.

As I was thinking about this wonderful time of joy in God’s work of deliverance, I couldn’t help thinking about the extraordinary measure of God’s favor and blessing Esther received because of her obedience. She didn’t just save her people, she received blessing and deliverance herself.

The ancient plot to destroy the Jewish people was hatched in Persia, modern day Iran. Today, just as it was in Esther’s day, the goal of the modern plot is to see Israel “wiped off the map.”

And just as it was in Esther’s day, God is looking for people willing to take a stand and do their part “for such a time as this.”

Today I’m asking you for help with a special project. Passover is coming soon — in just a few weeks — and we are planning a major outreach to suffering Jewish people.

In 50 years of ministry in Israel, I have never seen the suffering that I am seeing now.

For centuries, Jewish people living in exile far from their ancient homeland would end the Passover Seder with the words, “Next year in Jerusalem.”

They said it in tiny apartments huddled around meager tables. They said it in secret in death camps. They said it in open fields when they had no homes. “Next year in Jerusalem.”

It was a statement of faith that one day God would return His Chosen People to the land of Israel and the Holy City. It was an expression of hope for the future.

Many people thought these were empty words, but they were not.

Seventy five years ago, the nation of Israel was miraculously reborn in one day, just as the ancient prophets had declared. Jewish people from around the world returned to the land God promised to Abraham forever.

Now celebrating the Passover in Jerusalem is a reality for many Jewish people…and yet this year, so many are suffering without much to celebrate.

I’m talking about the families of the hostages who were taken to Gaza in October of 2023…more than 500 days ago.

I’m talking about the families who were forced to flee their homes by the fighting…many of them have had their homes destroyed.

I’m talking about elderly Holocaust survivors who are having flashbacks to the war of their youth.

I’m talking about young IDF soldiers who have faced constant war and threats.

I’m talking about the widows and orphans who are grieving an unimaginable loss.

They need to know they are not alone. And that’s the message I am asking you to send today. Those in the greatest pain are looking to your ministry for help. They believe you care about them, and so do I.

What we are doing is critical to the future. Together you and I are involved in a great project to bless and defend His Chosen People, and the Spirit of God has placed it in my heart to ask you to send a special Purim/Passover Offering to bless Israel.

Every day we spend $8,200 caring for God’s Chosen People. What you do right now will echo through eternity. Please pray with me right now that great numbers of partners will give $82 dollars, and many will give $41 dollars. Pray that some will give $820 dollars, and even a few who God has blessed who are saving funds for a special day will give $8,200, sponsoring an entire day of ministry in Israel comforting the nation.

This is a battle that only you and I can win, and it can’t be won without your help. Your gift today will provide comfort and hope to suffering Jewish people in this crisis prophetic crossroads moment.

I am praying right now that you will prayerfully give to meet this great need — not only for the sake of Israel and the suffering Jewish people, but for your own life and family as well.

I know what it is to see healing…to see generational curses broken…to see financial miracles…to see the salvation of loved ones. All of that and more happened in my life and family — not because I am something great, but because the favor and commanded blessing of an awesome God made it happen.

Please let me hear from you today. We must do all that we can to defend Israel before it is too late.

Your ambassador to Jerusalem,

Dr. Mike Evans

P.S. Mordecai told Esther she had been placed in her position “for such a time as this.” With all my heart, I believe that is true for you and me as well. Please send your generous Purim/Passover Offering for the vital work of the Jerusalem Prayer Team around the world today. Take this important step toward receiving God’s commanded blessing, and when you receive that blessing, your life will never be the same.

My Purim/Passover Offering for God’s Chosen People

The Feast of Purim celebrates God’s deliverance of the Jewish people from destruction, but it also celebrates the courage and sacrifice of Esther who answered God’s call and stepped out in faith to be the human instrument of that deliverance. The Feast of Passover celebrates God’s deliverance of His Chosen People from Egypt. Today you and I have the opportunity to do something truly great for Him by reaching out to comfort the suffering Jewish people in this time of celebration.

YES, Dr. Evans, I want to be part of God’s miracle deliverance of Israel and the Jewish people in the face of the grave threats surrounding them.
