One Word From God Can Change Your Life Forever

Dear Friend,

When I opened my Bible this morning, the ancient words of David, written some 3,000 years ago jumped off the page. I know them well; in fact, I’ve even written a whole book based on one of the most powerful prayers ever recorded.

But today I spoke them aloud as a prayer over your life…as a plea to the God of Israel to see your love for His Chosen People and pour out this incredible favor and blessing.

This is a prayer that has been prayed over kings…used as medicine during plague…an anthem for times of war…and a song of worship in the early church.

David knew all about how God can overcome trouble. He spent his childhood being ridiculed and rejected by his family. He spent the early years of his adult life living in caves and deserts as he fled from Saul’s jealous attempt to kill him. He faced battles and wars and betrayal even by his own son. But through it all, he trusted in God. And God blessed him greatly.

Today this ancient prayer of David is my prayer for you.

In times of trouble, may the LORD answer your cry.
May the name of the God of Jacob keep you safe from all harm.
May he send you help from his sanctuary
and strengthen you from Jerusalem.
May he remember all your gifts
and look favorably on your burnt offerings.
May he grant your heart’s desires
and make all your plans succeed.
May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory
and raise a victory banner in the name of our God.
May the LORD answer all your prayers.
—Psalm 20:1-5

That is what I am declaring over you right now in the magnificent name of Jesus!

The favor of God will change your life forever. 

I know this is true because it happened to me. I was filled with terror as a child because of the abuse of my father. I lived daily with depression, discouragement, and defeat. When a teacher asked what I wanted to be I said, “Twenty” because I didn’t think I would live that long.

That little boy could never have imagined what God had in store. 

But His plan and purpose was far beyond anything reason and logic suggested. 

His favor transformed me. And it will do the same for you.

Here’s the message God laid on my spirit to share with you today: 

Hungry hearts trigger heaven’s response. God knows your name and your need. The Mighty Warrior is coming your way. I sense it. I believe it with all of my heart. The reason I can make this statement with such confidence is because all I am saying is what He has already declared.

Genesis 12:3 says, “I will bless them that bless thee.” 

Through your support of the Friends of Zion, you are blessing Israel in a powerful way. And because you are touching Zion, God is sending strength and blessing into your life.

A powerful divine provision from God is on its way to all those who will stand with Israel at this crisis moment in history.

Not long after we were married, Carolyn and I sold our furniture to begin this ministry. I was asked to preach at a small church to present our vision, and while we were inside, an electrical short started a fire and burned up our car and everything we had. 

A man in the church named Gene Darnell invited us to stay with him overnight. The next morning he told me God had directed him to buy us a car. I’ll never forget, he said, “God told me He was going to use you greatly in Israel.” He was my second partner in ministry after Carolyn.

A week later, I stopped at a mobile home lot. The owner, Bill Rotzel came out and told me God had told him to buy a trailer for us to use as a home. It was 32 feet long, 8 feet wide and 6 feet high…and I’m 6’ 6”! But it was our home and ministry headquarters for years. Bill was my third ministry partner.

This ministry began with miracles from partners, and it continues to this day. 

That’s why you are so special and precious to me. That is why I’m declaring this powerful prayer over your life right now.

There is a place below where you can share your greatest prayer need with me. Whether it is a health issue, a broken relationship, a financial concern, the salvation of a loved one or anything else, I will join you in the prayer of faith, believing with you for God to work. 

I need to know that you are setting yourself in agreement with me for your miracle.

Today I’m also asking you to be a true blessing to the Jewish people. I am asking you to send a special gift so that we can continues the vital work of Friends of Zion in Israel and around the world. 

We are leading the global fight against anti-Semitism. We are meeting the urgent needs of suffering Jewish people. We are praying together—fighting to win the spirit war that is raging behind the physical battles we see on the news.

Everything this great global prayer movement is doing is only possible because generous friends like you share this vision and give to make it possible.
